Requirements
5+ years of experience in Quality and/or Operations leadership roles in complex, fast-paced environments, preferably in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, aerospace, automotive, maritime)
In-depth knowledge of quality systems, operational models, and compliance frameworks (ISO, GMP, etc.)
Experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) or similar methodologies, with a strong grasp of how Quality integrates with the SDLC
Strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change across an organization
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to performance management
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English
