Requirements
Master's Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human factors engineering or a closely related field, with a focus on product design and usability assessments.
Deep understanding of human factors engineering principles, research methodologies, and usability standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex human factor concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices, with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and operational excellence through Agile methodologies.
PMP Certification (Desired)
