Role Overview
- Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships, evaluate member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current with the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your area
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Proficiency in French required
