About this role
Role Overview
- Manage client accounts on the cloud platform;
- Install and configure services in Cloud environments;
- Perform version updates, service packs and releases of installed applications;
- Configure resources for monitoring environments and services;
- Plan and execute data migrations;
- Create automated routines for deployment and maintenance of Cloud environments;
- Work on operation team improvement projects (auto-scaling / resource monitoring / environment and routine automation, etc.);
- Perform contingency tests on cloud infrastructure (disaster recovery, backup recovery, application recovery);
- Configure and maintain backup routines;
- Provide first-level support to Benner clients;
- Manage the Oracle Cloud (OCI) support partner;
- Identify opportunities to improve operation processes;
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues;
- Guide, support and train the team and development and commercial areas to enable continuous evolution.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems;
- Basic database experience, preferably Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server;
- Experience in task automation;
- Knowledge of network architectures and troubleshooting;
- Skills in infrastructure performance analysis;
- Knowledge of Cloud, specifically Oracle OCI;
- Theoretical knowledge of Shell Script (Linux) or Python programming.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of automation tools (Terraform);
- Cloud certification (Operations and/or Architecture).
