Advising clients on FATCA/CRS obligations and compliance strategies.
Managing reporting projects and overseeing due diligence processes, including data analysis and interpretation and validation.
Designing and reviewing compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting audit responses.
Preparing technical updates, client communications, and supporting business development activities.
Requirements
A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI), or equivalent, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
Significant proven experience in tax advisory or financial services, with significant exposure to FATCA, CRS, or other automatic exchange of information (AEOI) regimes.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish Revenue and OECD reporting requirements, combined with proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated experience managing client portfolios and leading compliance or advisory projects, with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Tax technology and/or automation skills and experience is a plus.
