About this role
Role Overview
Solve and document Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 IT needs of users
Support the installation and maintenance of operating systems, software, and applications
Manage communication with internal and external customers from request to resolution
Assist external providers or vendors during IT activities
Manage IT assets including equipment and licenses
Manage and coordinate access to IT tools while ensuring compliance with security standards
Give support to server infrastructure and security
Interact with end users and support on simple issues and tasks
Requirements
1+ years of experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of operating systems and software applications
Technical skills in troubleshooting and problem solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
