Functional Support Analyst – Access Management

Role Overview

• Solve and document Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 IT needs of users
• Support the installation and maintenance of operating systems, software, and applications
• Manage communication with internal and external customers from request to resolution
• Assist external providers or vendors during IT activities
• Manage IT assets including equipment and licenses
• Manage and coordinate access to IT tools while ensuring compliance with security standards
• Give support to server infrastructure and security
• Interact with end users and support on simple issues and tasks

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and software applications
• Technical skills in troubleshooting and problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
