About this role
Role Overview
- Organize and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous updating of information
- Manage and update the CRM (pipeline, status, follow-ups, and deadlines)
- Support the development and structuring of commercial and technical proposals
- Consolidate information for proposal preparation (technical data, scope, volumes, etc.)
- Track project progress and deliveries with internal teams
- Interface with clients to align deadlines, outstanding issues, and deliveries
- Manage deadlines for proposals, projects, and deliveries
- Ensure standardization of commercial documents and presentations
- Support the organization of RFPs and RFQs
- Conduct proactive follow-up with internal teams and clients
- Support the creation and maintenance of operational spreadsheets (Excel)
- Organize meetings and follow up on action items
- Act proactively to resolve operational bottlenecks
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial, pre-sales, post-sales, or commercial back-office roles
- Experience in customer service or client-facing functions
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands
- Autonomous work profile with a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Intermediate Excel skills (data management, basic formulas)
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals is desirable
- Experience in technology, telecom, electronic security, or consulting services companies
- Experience with projects or solution implementations
- Experience in Customer Success or post-sales
- Knowledge of structured commercial processes
