Role Overview
- Receive and organize clients' operational requests

- Support Customer Success Managers (CSs) responsible for client relationships
- Organize team processes and routines
- Track requests and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success at technology companies (back-office)
- Experience with structured customer support
- Operations/administrative support experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience managing requests/tickets
- Experience with contract addendums (contract amendments)
- Plus: experience in consulting or B2B services
