Role Overview
- Lead the review, resolution and implementation for complex technical issues related to network applications
- Use diagnostic tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service to systems
- Evaluate queries to extract data and create standard procedures
- Research performance trends and recommend process improvements
- Make decisions in security and regulatory policies for secured network solutions
- Collaborate and consult with peers to resolve issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of Voice Network Engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise call routing
- 5+ years of experience with large scale enterprise dial plan development
- Strong background in MPLS VPN designs
- Extensive knowledge in IP routing and Ethernet standards
- Expertise in telecom transmission standards
- Ability to design networks for high availability and fault tolerance
- Experience with databases and scripting for process automation
