Design, deploy, and manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, Aria Operations, VCF and virtual machines.
Provide Level 3 support for VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, VCF, and windows platforms.
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 , including: Active Directory (AD) Domain Name System (DNS) Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Group Policy (GPO) Clustering SMTP relay services (Postfix, IIS SMTP)
Implement and maintain Automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible for configuration management and operational tasks.
Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning & OS Hardening based on CIS Benchmark standard
Provide support for IBM connect direct and Progress WS_FTP HCL BigFix Tool Management and Patching via BigFix
Configure, monitor and troubleshoot SMTP relay services for application-to-application and application-to-email communications.
Administer email delivery security (SPK, DKIM, DMARC compliance)
Monitor system health and respond to incidents and service requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards (e.g., MAS, PCI-DSS)
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical Incident support

5+ years of experience in enterprise storage and backup administration.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Wintel Engineer and VMware Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, VCF, Aria Operations.
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 and core services (AD, DNS,DHCP,GPO).
Strong hands-on experience with SMTP relay services (Postfix, IIS SMTP)
Familiarity with CIS security hardening and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Shell and experience with Ansible.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
VMware certifications (e.g., VCP).
