Requirements

7+ years of experience in group benefits (group insurance)
Excellent knowledge of billing in group benefits
Excellent understanding of distribution models and intermediary compensation mechanisms
Good understanding of premium collection processes
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
