About this role
Role Overview
Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and converting new sales opportunities within new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted partner to decision-makers
Lead end-to-end sales pursuits, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Develop and execute account and territory plans that support revenue, profitability, and growth objectives
Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs
Provide leadership throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring a strong client experience and successful outcomes
Act as a point of escalation in support of customer satisfaction and successful outcomes, partnering with internal teams as needed
Monitor and manage financial indicators to support sustainable growth
Requirements
A University Degree or equivalent professional or industry experience
A proven track record of driving revenue growth through consultative selling
Experience selling IT services such as Managed Services, Cloud, or related solutions
Ability to create and advance opportunities through insight-led client conversations
Comfort navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence
Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to operate independently
An existing industry network is an asset
