Play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities across the region, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
Support the development and implementation of localized marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance campaign execution.
Coordinate regional events, customer meetings, and congresses, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Support and contribute to regional projects (e.g. training initiatives, digital programmes).
Manage and distribute marketing materials and sales support tools.
Adapt global content for local market needs.
Track marketing budgets and support purchase order processes.
Maintain marketing tools, platforms, and promotional inventory.
Build strong relationships with product managers, sales teams, and business unit leaders across Northern Europe to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Develop product and market knowledge, including competitive landscape.
Gather feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
2+ years of experience in marketing, product support, or a commercial role
Experience in healthcare or MedTech is preferred
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to work across different functions and seniority levels
Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-country environment
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
