About this role

Drive order intake, sales performance, and price realization across your assigned territory.
Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of key and strategic hospital accounts through regular on-site engagement.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the full Imaging & IGT portfolio.
Act as a trusted partner and advisor, navigating complex customer journeys.
Negotiate independently within defined guidelines and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Several years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally within medical devices, imaging, or capital equipment.
Proven experience working in clinical and hospital environments, both public and private.
Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to drive projects independently.
High-energy, self-driven, and action-oriented.
Fluency in Romanian and English, and readiness for extensive travel within your assigned region.
