Systematic positioning of the General Care portfolio (devices, software, solutions and services) with customers in the DACH region in close cooperation with (Strategic and Key) Account Managers
Act as a product expert throughout the entire sales process by providing clinical, technical and commercial product knowledge
Create need-oriented product and service configurations including quotation, upgrade and pricing models, and expand follow-on/after-sales business with existing customers
Conduct proposal presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations, as well as trainings for customers, at congresses and internal events
Develop and implement coordinated sales and positioning strategies, including needs analyses, forecasts and target achievement (order intake, revenue, price realization)
Continuous market and competitor monitoring and structured feedback to Marketing, Sales and Commercial Policy
Close collaboration with Customer Service and internal interfaces to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences or Computer Science) or comparable clinical qualification with relevant further training
Several years of professional experience in the sales of medical systems, solutions, services or consulting in the healthcare environment
Very good knowledge of healthcare workflows, ideally in the area of inpatient wards and General Care
Good medical and technical understanding and an affinity for IT, software and eHealth topics
Confident demeanour, strong communication and negotiation skills and a high customer orientation
Independent, structured way of working, high self‑initiative and willingness to travel
Excellent German and English skills and confident use of MS Office and modern IT tools
