Role Overview
- Provide advanced-level support for maintaining D365 SCM/F&O environments
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability
- Lead System Engineering responsibilities during shift hours
- Collaborate closely with global Crowe Support Teams
- Analyze and resolve performance issues
- Define, implement, and enforce environment governance
- Lead automation initiatives using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and additional scripting tools
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical environment-level issues
- Engage directly with client users
- Develop and maintain SOPs, deployment runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and operational knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical experience supporting D365 F&O/SCM infrastructure
- SQL performance tuning
- Azure Logic Apps
- Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- LCS and Application Insights
- Hands-on experience managing SCM-specific workloads and integrations within D365
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS
- System performance optimization
- Database tuning
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
- Source control (VSTS/Git)
- Automated deployment frameworks
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Ability to operate independently
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and analytical skills.
