Manage a portfolio of premier Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme clients as the primary day-to-day contact
Deliver a consistent, high-quality service that meets client-specific service levels and compliance deadlines
Mentor and develop junior members of the client service team through on-the-job coaching, and structured training
Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on complex cases
Lead or contribute to governance activities: internal audits, remediation tasks, data quality and projects
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, improve controls and enhance client experience
Present quarterly and annual administration reports at Trustee meetings
Support the DB Client Service team manager in daily running of the team

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in defined benefit (DB) pension administration
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven record of delivering high-quality customer service
Collaborative team player with a flexible approach to work
Consistently positive and proactive attitude that promotes a supportive team environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., QFA, RPA, IIPM)
Excellent knowledge of pensions legislation and regulations applicable to DB schemes
Expert knowledge of public-sector scheme management
