Requirements
You are nearing completion of a Bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled in a Master's program with analytical/quantitative focus areas (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or similar).
Some professional experience in a consulting environment—ideally with a focus on compensation—is an advantage but not required.
Relevant internships, for example in a corporate or financial environment, can also be beneficial.
You are motivated by challenges at the intersection of strategy, HR, compensation, and finance.
You enjoy working with data, are analytically strong, and work with attention to detail.
You have strong communication skills and, with guidance from experienced consultants, can develop creative solutions for our clients.
Ambition and drive characterize your personality, and you are eager to prepare for a potential career in consulting.
You already have very good knowledge of common MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
In addition to very good German language skills, you communicate fluently in English.
