Provide quality XLP claims consulting and advocacy services to MMA clients in the UMW Region
Assist producers in the sales process by explaining claims advocacy service
Provide suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to assist with claim resolutions
Develop claims management strategies with clients and documenting activity
Help clients reduce the cost of claims and provide necessary information for claims management approaches
Duties include training, acting as an educational resource, public speaking, prospecting, partnering with HR/Safety/etc. to develop best client outcomes
Requirements
10+ years of claims experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
General knowledge of Executive Liability lines of coverage, contractual policy language requirements and the implications of that language as it pertains to denial of claims
Demonstrated ability to work at a varying pace, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions
Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
Law degree and/or insurance designations (AIC, ARM, CIC or CRM) are a plus but not required to apply
