Lead multiple customer projects from kick‑off to delivery, on time and in scope.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, running status meetings and managing expectations.
Build and manage project plans, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate engineering, operations, and service delivery teams.
Translate technical solutions into clear, customer‑friendly updates.
Track progress, manage change, and report on milestones and KPIs.
Requirements
Experience delivering customer‑facing projects in cloud, hosting, managed services, data centres, or IT infrastructure.
Solid understanding of cloud, networking, and/or virtualisation concepts.
Strong organisation and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple projects.
Customer‑focused, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Nice to Have: Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile); Experience with enterprise or global customers; Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
