Lead Analyst, Healthcare Marketing Analytics

Role Overview

• Deliver analysis inline with client business objectives
• Support campaign analytics and advanced measurement work
• Build and maintain performance dashboards tied to meaningful KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with brand measurement frameworks
• Support data onboarding, validation, and troubleshooting across multiple data sources
• Develop QC frameworks to ensure data integrity across source types
• Design and deliver polished dashboards and reports
• Own the development of client-facing presentation materials
• Move beyond reporting to surface actionable insights
• Manage workload across two concurrent engagements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of analytics experience in a marketing, media, or data-driven environment
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with digital media data and performance measurement across paid channels
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Proven ability to build client-facing presentations that communicate complex findings clearly
• Organized and deadline-driven, with comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
