Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site.
Manage site team and all stakeholders including customer, consultants, and sub contractors to achieve the business KPIs.
Site Construction Manager for 132kV/220kV/500kV Turnkey Grid Station Projects.
Ensure schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations.
Proactively assess and anticipates the risks related to site activities and prepare mitigation plan for timely resolution.
Participate in customer meetings at site to ensure project milestones completion as per project schedule, while ensuring project quality and EHS requirements.

A Bachelor's degree (in Electrical/Electronics Engineering) from a reputed/accredited university or college.
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Project Management & Site Management.
In depth knowledge and hands on experience on HV Grid equipment including Power Transformers, Circuit breakers, disconnectors, HV/MV Protection relays.
In-depth knowledge of EHS Guidelines and implementation at site for safe operations.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
