Perform and streamline operational processes and data flows within RGA administration systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Enhance existing workflows by introducing automation tools and strengthening control mechanisms for daily statement logging, confirmations, and account settlements.
Support compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and coordinating with compliance teams to resolve exceptions promptly.
Partner with internal teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and align initiatives with business objectives.
Analyze current workflows and leverage AI technology to optimize processes; liaise with local and regional teams to ensure IT and regional projects meet operational needs.
Drive process improvement initiatives, maintain operational tools, and implement automation strategies to support business growth.
Provide support on assigned projects and tasks as needed.

University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
4-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in life insurance or reinsurance.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel with PivotTables, Power Query) and database tools (SQL, Alteryx).
Proven hands-on experience with automation tools, including Python, VBA, Power Automate and emerging AI technologies; demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for streamlining manual tasks through automation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English and Cantonese highly preferred.
