Plant IT Support Engineer

Role Overview

• Manage operational technology for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing distribution centers.
• Focus on server and manufacturing workstation administration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve technology problems during production.
• Be part of after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
• Assist with Cybersecurity topics and hardware builds.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience supporting technology in manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with Windows Server environment.
• Knowledgeable in LAN and WAN.
• Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve old processes.
• Documentation is considered important.
• Initiative when issues arise.
• Work well with a team or independently.
• Manage projects and participate in larger implementations.
