Associate Director – IT Systems Program Manager

Role Overview

• Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee the release train process, coordinating with various teams for delivery
• Ensure all projects adhere to GxP standards
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels for communication and updates
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Effectively allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity
• Generate and present comprehensive reports on program progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program or portfolio management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc)
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs
• Experience working in Pharma and GMP Manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders
• Must be able to stay up-to-date with new technologies
