Role Overview
Focus on projects/process improvement to ensure appropriate quality measurement systems
Manage non-conformance and monitor customer satisfaction
Own preventive and corrective actions
Communicate difficult concepts and guide others with different perspectives
Use evaluative judgment to achieve required outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years in projects/process improvement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects/process improvement
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Established project management skills
Master's Degree from an accredited university or college is desired
