Plan and oversee the engineering activities for customer projects
Provide technical leadership and act as the interface to order management, partners, customers, GE Product Engineering, procurement and engineering subcontractors
Manage the design team, including technical guidance and task allocation
Define input data for project execution and coordinate technical partners
Identify and correct deviations from the plan
Implement design modifications as part of complaint/issue management
Analyze customer requirements
Monitor and control the engineering schedule and documentation
Requirements
Degree in engineering (industrial engineering or equivalent also acceptable)
Several years of professional experience in turnkey/EPC projects
Experience in the planning/design of electrical high-voltage systems
Business fluent German and English
Team management experience
Understanding of project execution processes
Strong interpersonal skills
