As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin, you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from small, intimate events to large-scale productions.
Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
Trusted advisor: You build and maintain client relationships, advise clients as needed, and lead project meetings.
Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
Commercial manager: You price new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
Willingness to travel (approximately 15% of working time)
