Senior Project Manager – Meetings, Events & Conferences

Role Overview

• As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin, you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from small, intimate events to large-scale productions.
• Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
• Trusted advisor: You build and maintain client relationships, advise clients as needed, and lead project meetings.
• Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
• Commercial manager: You price new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
• Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
• Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
• Willingness to travel (approximately 15% of working time)
