Provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple acute programs within designated hospital service areas.
Ensures excellence in patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team engagement.
Shapes and executes strategic plans for growth in partnership with the Division Vice President.
Supervises clinical and biomedical teams to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care.
Coordinates audits, reporting, and corrective actions with state and federal agencies.

Current RN license in the state of practice required.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
4–8 years of relevant experience in acute or hospital services management.
One year of acute hemodialysis experience required.
Experience in CQI methodology and working within a hospital environment.
Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners and communicate complex information clearly.
Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel as required.
