Support the delivery of regional field marketing programs and events, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strict deadlines.
Master the end-to-end administrative lifecycle for EMEA, including PO processes, lead list uploads, SFDC campaign creation, and landing page setup.
Provide comprehensive support for event logistics, including vendor coordination, shipments, venue communication, and lead-capture configurations.
Regularly review regional workflows in partnership with local Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) to identify bottlenecks and proactively propose/implement improvements.
Manage the day-to-day execution of EMEA-wide initiatives, ensuring all KPIs and post-event follow-up goals are met.
Partner with Digital, BDR, and Campaign teams to ensure effective lead uploads, follow-up processes, and pre/post-event communications.
Support the reporting and measurement of key marketing activities and event performance metrics.
Maintain an organized system for regional event calendars, assets, and post-event documentation.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or operations (B2B or tech industry experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage 8–10 concurrent projects without losing sight of the details.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
A proactive mindset, you don’t wait for instructions; you see a gap in a process and work with the team to fix it.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
