About this role

Lead the end-to-end management of multiple bespoke and partnership professional services projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, solution architects, and QA testers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement and maintain project management best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a professional services, agency, or consultancy environment.
Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience managing data solution projects is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira, is preferred.
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
