12–15 years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, and Analytics leadership roles
Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, PySpark, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI/Power Platform
Experience with various data analytics tools, hands-on experience is required in BI and data practices
Reasonable experience of working on data of corporate functions like Finance, HR, Technology
Deep understanding of data modeling, semantic layer design, KPI frameworks, and performance optimization for BI
Experience in enterprise-level BI reporting, dashboard development, and data storytelling for executives
Demonstrated ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and influence strategy through data insights
Strong program management discipline, with a focus on delivery velocity, adoption, and cost efficiency
