Data Scientist – GenAI Engineer

Role Overview

• Develop and evaluate LLM-powered solutions such as summarization, classification, extraction and conversational assistants**
• Design prompt strategies, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning/adapter approaches where appropriate**
• Apply NLP and ML methods: text classification, topic modeling, semantic search, embeddings, clustering, regression/causal inference as needed**
• Develop Python-based prototypes and evaluation frameworks for LLM and GenAI use cases**
• Advanced use of object-oriented programming and functional programming patterns for ML workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Data Science/ML with demonstrable GenAI/LLM project experience**
• Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn; plus LangChain/LlamaIndex OR direct SDKs like OpenAI/Vertex AI/Hugging Face)**
• Hands-on with embeddings, vector search, RAG, prompt design, and LLM evaluation**
• Solid grounding in statistics & experimentation: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, A/B testing design
