Role Overview
- Lead the front-end workstream, which includes:
- Customer Service & Design Workflow
- Ownership of front-end workflows supporting:
- Customer service
- Design operations
- Ensure workflows are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business processes
- Translate business user stories into executable delivery plans
- Planning & Scheduling Integration
- Front-end work includes embedded planning and scheduling logic
- Must support business’s:
- Vinyl liners
- Pool covers
- Address current limitations around:
- Scheduling
- Capacity planning
- Configurator integration
- Early-stage customer evaluation
- Program Execution & Coordination
- Drive execution across:
- Business stakeholders
- Customer service
- Design
- Operations
- IT
- Keep delivery on track while managing dependencies and risks
- Maintain momentum—time is of the essence
Requirements
- Strong experience executing large, complex programs
- ERP programs
- Front-end systems
- CRM implementations
- Proven ability to drive delivery, not just track status
- Excellent cross-functional leadership
- Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships
- Comfortable operating in environments with:
- Ambiguity
- Aggressive timelines
- Limited resources
- Familiarity with:
- Packaged pool products
- Vinyl liners & covers
- PMP preferred (strongly)
- Senior-level PM only
