Own and manage the energy efficiency savings and incentive budget forecasting tool
Serve as the expert on forecast status, trends, and key drivers
Analyze complex program data and provide insights to support program and client needs
Work closely with Program Managers to support forecasting models and evolving processes
Produce clear, accurate reports aligned with contract and program requirements
Build and maintain analytical and data management tools
Provide inputs that support Power BI (PBI) reporting
Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
Requirements
4–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to explain what drives results
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Experience owning or managing forecasting tools
Familiarity with Power BI (PBI)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
