Support project teams with research, data analysis, and documentation related to energy and sustainability initiatives
Assist with gathering, organizing, and summarizing technical, market, or policy information
Help prepare reports, presentations, and written deliverables for internal teams and external clients
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff on active projects
Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables
Perform ad-hoc analysis or administrative support as needed to advance project goals
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Studies, Environmental Science, Policy, Economics or a related field
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly in writing and presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Interest in energy efficiency, decarbonization, or sustainability
Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (early June – early August)
Based in the Madison area.
