Requirements
- Proven ability to successfully carry out all stages of the recruitment process
- Ability to exceed expectations and targets
- Maintain continuous visibility of the recruitment pipeline
- Strong client orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
- Active participation within the recruitment team
- Proficiency with computer tools, including intermediate-level MS Office skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- In-depth knowledge of the Quebec market
