Management and administration of Compliance training courses (online training)
Compliance assessment of business partners (e.g. distributors)
Ensuring quarterly compliance controls are tested and adhered to
Handling of sanctions screening alerts
General administration support to the Compliance & Data Protection team
Responding to customer and internal inquiries re Compliance Program
Monthly progress reporting to management
Maintain and update cases in the Whistleblowing system
Take minutes during investigation meetings and ensure secure storage of records
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity

Min 3-4 years experience in international company in a regional or global role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with IT tools and AI solutions to optimize workflow efficiency is a plus
