Role Overview
- Manage or perform work within accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, credit, collections, billing and invoicing.
- General ledger accounting according to Hempel rules, including identification, calculation and posting of
- Fixed assets register and depreciation.
- Preparing Monthly Management reports.
- Maintaining proper documentation for the above.
- Coordinating month close for the selected accounts, in cooperation with the Finance.
- Detailed review of correctness of accounts and initiating corrective and preventive actions
- Tax, statistical, bank and employment reporting, if required, or support in external service provider.
- Supporting external and internal audit process.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
- Minimum 3-year professional experience on similar position
- Good command of the English language. Second language is seen as an asset.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.)
- Work in accounting system D365/AX2009 would be an asset.
