Automate VM lifecycle management, OS hardening, patching, and configuration drift remediation
Support Infrastructure-as-Code practices
Understand business requirements and convert them into automation design documents
Prepare technical design, effort estimation, and implementation plans
Lead automation delivery from design to production rollout
Ensure automation meets security, compliance, and audit standards
Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines
Implement testing and validation frameworks for automation code

6-8+ years of experience in Infrastructure & Automation Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise in: Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Galaxy, Tower/AWX), PowerShell scripting, Shell scripting (Bash), Python for automation
Experience with Linux & Windows Server administration
Configuration management best practices
Infrastructure-as-Code principles
Experience working in hybrid (Cloud + On-prem) environments
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Experience with REST APIs and automation integrations
