User Experience: You will independently track the user experience of our products and systematically analyze the results.
Happiness Manager: You design and evaluate customer satisfaction surveys, derive actionable recommendations for our existing-customer strategy, and present your findings to project management.
Visualization Specialist: In direct collaboration with our customers, you visualize their energy infrastructure and lay the foundation for a clear customer understanding.
Presentation Talent: You participate in customer meetings and engage customers with persuasive, well-structured presentations.
Your own project: You will take ownership of a Customer Success Management project that you will present to the team and the CEO at the end of your internship.

You are a enrolled student and are at least in your third semester of studies in energy economics/energy management, business administration, communication studies, or a comparable field.
Ideally, you already have some experience in project management and have carried out analyses and evaluations; however, this is not a requirement.
Familiarity with software tools such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
In addition to an analytical mindset, you demonstrate a systematic and goal-oriented way of working.
You are highly organized, show strong initiative, and possess excellent communication skills.
You have very good German and good English language skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
