Intern – Finance & Controlling

Role Overview

• Receivables and deadline management: You will oversee receivables and deadline management and, together with your team lead, navigate the world of efficient financial processes.
• Accounting: You are the organizational expert for outgoing invoices, monitor the outgoing invoices ledger and independently process supplier invoices using DATEV.
• Monthly reporting: Your eye for detail will come into play when preparing the monthly business management report (BWA). You will also actively support the quarterly preparation of shareholders' meetings.
• Monthly payment run: You will manage the monthly payment run and stay in close contact with our tax advisor to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
• Ideally, you have already gained hands-on experience in controlling and finance through internships.
• You have a talent for analyzing financial metrics and excellent Excel skills.
• Your attention to detail makes you the perfect support the finance team needs when dealing with numbers.
• You convince us with very good communication skills in German and English and a professional demeanor.
