Manager, Sales FP&A – Revenue & Commercial Strategy

Role Overview

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Drive financial visibility, operational excellence, and insight-driven decision-making
• Partner with business leaders across functions to optimize performance
• Manage the entire Sales expense budget

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A or Sales Finance
• Deep, hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning (or a similar EPM like Anaplan/Planful)
• Proven ability to build "what-if" models for sales incentive plans
• Must have strong commercial acumen and familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition
• Comfortable presenting to an SVP or CFO
