Define and execute the product roadmap for Dairy Predictive Solutions platforms
Identify market opportunities and customer needs through deep engagement with dairy producers, industry experts, and stakeholders
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer value
Partner with marketing to develop compelling product messaging and content for GTM
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product design, and domain experts to deliver innovative solutions
Translate complex genetic and algorithmic insights into intuitive, user-friendly platform features
Prioritize feature development based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous optimization
Build deep understanding of dairy producer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes
Collaborate with commercial teams to gather customer and internal feedback to improve user experience
Conduct market/user research and competitive analysis to maintain product leadership
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
Work closely with data scientists and algorithm developers to integrate predictive models into platform experiences
Ensure seamless integration of our scientific technology with platform insights
Drive innovation in data visualization and insight delivery to maximize user comprehension and action

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, AgTech, or data analytics platforms
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products
Strong understanding of data-driven products and predictive analytics
Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development environments
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
