Role Overview
- Enhance customer satisfaction by developing strategies, analyzing feedback, and driving improvements.
- Report directly to Customer Experience Supervisor.
- Work out of Bucharest location on hybrid (3 days from the office + 2 days from home) schedule.
Requirements
- College degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience on Customer Experience Specialist role (SAP, SalesForce experience is a plus)
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), analytical and Problem-solving skills, team player
