Responsible for preparing and analyzing data from various databases for audit-specific analyses and for the preventive, risk-oriented monitoring of the Group Internal Audit
Providing audit-relevant data for situational analyses and data
and AI-driven audits
Designing the annual plan and audit planning for the Head of Internal Audit
Further developing and maintaining analysis tools for data management, including AI solutions and testing
Creating application-specific audit dashboards for audit planning and data analysis
Supporting the development and maintenance of the BI strategy for Group Audit
Conducting market analyses of the latest data analytics technologies and evaluating products
Participating in training and advising to raise awareness of data literacy in audit projects
Serving as a point of contact for auditors
Designing e-learning modules in cooperation with HR
Working on ad hoc projects and maintaining and further developing tools and processes within the department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Business Informatics (Business Information Systems)
Professional experience in data analysis for audit, compliance, or risk management at a bank or a large asset manager
Experience with algorithms, machine learning, artificial neural networks, deep learning, NLP, etc.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Proficient in Python and SQL; additional programming skills are a plus
Interest in structuring and validating large datasets, clustering, or pattern recognition to reveal relationships
Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset to break down complex problems, recognize patterns, and develop logical, data-driven solutions
High flexibility and quick response time for incidents
Ability to multitask with a good sense of prioritization and to distinguish relevant from irrelevant information
Interest in engaging with new technologies and integrating them into the audit context
