Role Overview
Handle all incoming calls and emails, taking full ownership to ensure customer queries are resolved, or a solution is found.
Proactively manage billing, metering, and settlement workloads to maintain the health of customer accounts.
Work rigorously to KPIs and team standards to ensure exceptional service levels are achieved and grow the company's Trustpilot rating.
Be responsible for working with our smaller independent generators, providing both high-touch support (calls and emails) and proactive technical task management to keep their accounts healthy.
Demonstrate a passion for Good Energy’s purpose in all client interactions and build strong internal and third-party relationships to ensure efficient service delivery.
Thrive working both independently and collaboratively, driven by a desire to deliver for our customers and taking full accountability for any problems they encounter.
Requirements
You have an interest in clean technology, along with a passion to support our purpose
You are passionate about customer service
You are organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
