Role Overview
- Implement and configure Clinical IT solutions in customer laboratories
- Maintain control of projects, including documentation and compliance with quality standards
- Manage risks and issues during implementation
- Build strong customer relationships through support
- Act as a trusted consultant for customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)
- Experience with networking and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Knowledge of laboratory analyzer connectivity and communication protocols (HL7, ASTM)
- Proven ability to self-organize and manage competing priorities
- Flexibility to travel 50–70% across the UK or Europe and work flexible hours as business needs require
