Implement an annual action plan, identifying objectives, growth opportunities, and new initiatives to increase our market share.
Conduct commercial activities across the defined territory through customer visits, phone/video contacts, and participation in local events such as seminars and trade shows.
Use the group CRM software (Salesforce) to record all commercial activity, including visits, correspondence, quotations, and updates to the customer database.
Manage the project portfolio.
Set monthly sales forecasts.
Gather competitive intelligence and share it with Marketing.
Participate in various sales meetings and seminars.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (biology, biochemistry, laboratory scientific instrumentation, etc.)
At least 5 years’ experience selling equipment to industrial clients and research institutes
Consultative selling and promotion of solutions
Client prospecting and identification of new applications
Fluent English
