Support the sales process by providing technical expertise and consultation to prospective customers
Collaborate closely with a highly experienced team, including product manager, project manager, and sales
Enforce a reasonable vision for automation & IT for the customer and influence tender specifications

Degree in Biomedical Engineer, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is preferred
Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes
Knowledge of fundamentals of WIT Technology
Life Science market knowledge and general economics of business
Knowledge of the major Diagnostic competitors
Fluent English speaking, reading and writing is a must
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and stakeholders
Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and diagnostic equipment
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events
